Remote Chat Support Manager

We are currently seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Prudential Financial in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner - Conduct regular training sessions for chat support agents to ensure they are up to date on products and procedures

Requirements: - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion and decision-making skills - Proven experience managing remote teams - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
