Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Chat Support Manager to join our team at Ball in London, England, UK on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or support roles, you will be responsible for managing our chat support team to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the daily operations of the chat support team, including scheduling, performance management, and quality assurance. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat support processes and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat interactions to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 4. Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in chat support services. 7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key performance indicators and insights to senior management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in a chat support or customer service management role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Presentation skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management tools.
