Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at Celanese in London, England. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the chat support team, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat support metrics and performance to ensure KPIs are being met and exceeded - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support - Provide regular reports and updates to management on chat support performance and initiatives - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the chat support team - Handle escalations and difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a management role - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to innovate and think creatively to improve processes and achieve goals - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding KPIs - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Driven and motivated with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
