Job Description:
FedEx is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the chat support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of chat support agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Implement and maintain chat support best practices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and consistent customer support across all channels - Develop and implement training programs for chat support agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner - Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience through chat support
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience in managing a chat support team - Strong project management skills - Excellent presentation skills - Adaptable and independent, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
