Job Description:
Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service through chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring they provide high-quality customer service and meet performance metrics. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat support channels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Train and onboard new chat support agents, providing them with the tools and resources needed to succeed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze chat support data to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to chat support.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Attention to detail and strong project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience managing remote teams is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
