Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Celanese in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a similar field. As a Remote Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents who provide assistance to customers through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries - Analyze chat support metrics and implement strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction - Develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching and support to chat support agents - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve chat support processes - Monitor chat support queues and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a remote team effectively - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong time management and planning skills - Experience with chat support platforms and tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
