Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Ford is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


1. Manage and oversee a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance management. 2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement chat support processes and procedures to streamline operations. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements:


1. Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles. 2. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach a team. 3. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 6. Equal Opportunity Employer statement. 7.
