Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager


Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Entergy in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles. The ideal candidate will be reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote chat support agents to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular feedback to agents for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Develop and implement training programs for chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - Proven experience in managing remote chat support teams - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Must be able to work part-time hours and be flexible with scheduling
