Job Description:
Pfizer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat support management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents to ensure high-quality customer service and resolution of issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of chat support operations. 3. Analyze chat support metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. 4. Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service and chat support management. 2. Passionate and driven individual who is committed to delivering excellent customer service. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. 4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
