Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Autoliv is seeking a Chat Support Manager to work from home in London, England, UK. This part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resilient, with strong decision-making and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement training programs for chat support representatives - Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement improvements as needed - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a chat support management role - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving KPIs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and lead a team remotely - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software
