Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Chat Support Officer in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to products or services - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office suite - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
