Job Description:
GameStop is looking for a dedicated and resilient Chat Support Officer to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Assist customers with product information and recommendations - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints effectively - Research and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance - Complete any assigned projects or tasks as required
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and customer service experience - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently - Strong research and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
