Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

United Continental Holdings is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Chat Support Officer in our London office. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via online chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 6. Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Work independently and efficiently to meet or exceed performance targets.

Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. 2. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. 3. Strong cooperation and people management skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
