Job Description - Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a confident and resilient Chat Support Representative to join our team at FirstEnergy in London, England. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals with a strong attention to detail and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate to higher-level support when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Confidence in dealing with various customer inquiries and issues - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Resilient attitude towards challenges and problem-solving - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
