Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team at Delta Air Lines in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses via chat support. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues. 6. Stay informed about Delta Air Lines' products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information in a clear and concise manner. 3. Creativity and presentation skills to engage customers and provide personalized assistance. 4. Previous experience in customer service is required, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools.
