Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through chat channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Utilize customer relationship management software to record interactions and track customer needs - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptable to changes in the work environment - Must be eligible to work in the UK
