Job Description:

Foot Locker is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 3. Energetic and driven personality. 4. Strong planning and negotiation skills. 5. Excellent written communication skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 8. Proficient in computer skills and technology. 9. Strong problem-solving skills.
