Job Description:
Celanese, a global leader in the production of specialty materials, is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. 3. Utilize chat software to communicate with customers and maintain accurate records of interactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to increase revenue. 6. Keep up to date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong persuasion and creativity skills. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. 6. Proficiency in using chat software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
