Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Newell Brands is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through chat to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions to any issues they may encounter. 2. Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly and effectively address customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 3. Maintain a high level of adaptability to handle a variety of customer interactions and troubleshoot technical problems. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and uphold high standards of customer service. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team to continually improve processes.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. 3. Reliable and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle a variety of customer interactions. 4. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to cooperate with team members to achieve common goals.
