Job Description - Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Chat Support Representative to join our team at Lear in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via chat, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Utilize resources and tools to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the management team - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for better customer service


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet - People management skills to handle customer complaints and difficult situations - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Experience in a similar role in a customer service or call center environment
