As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via chat, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have while using our platform. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. 3. Educate customers on how to use our platform effectively. 4. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations. 4. Leadership skills to guide customers towards solutions. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6.
