Chat Support Specialist

As a Chat Support Specialist at Toys “R” Us in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Requirements: 1. Confident and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle customer interactions. 2. Strong people management skills to navigate different customer personalities. 3. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple chats simultaneously. 4. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role for at least 4 years. 5. Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
