Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Progressive, a leading insurance company, is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. 2. Offer product recommendations and assistance to customers looking to purchase insurance policies. 3. Utilize persuasion techniques to upsell additional products or services to customers. 4. Communicate effectively with customers, delivering excellent service and building rapport to increase customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting. 2. Strong persuasion skills to successfully upsell products and services. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
