Job Description:
FirstEnergy is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat, email, and other virtual communication channels - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve our services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Driven and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using chat platforms and email systems - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
