Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a confident and resourceful Chat Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time, Associate Level position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services when appropriate - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough responses - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Meet or exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Confidence in interacting with customers in a chat support setting - Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer inquiries - Persuasion skills to upsell products or services - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in responses - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
