Client Relations Assistant

United Natural Foods is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Relations Assistant to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance and key metrics - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client relations - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and reviews - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Hardworking and resilient attitude with a strong commitment to customer service - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding effective solutions - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
