Job Description:
Procter & Gamble is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, and have excellent project management and planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Assist with project management tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking project milestones - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise - Support the Client Relations Manager with various administrative duties as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
