Job Description: Lithia Motors is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 4 years of experience. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive client engagement - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client feedback and trends
Requirements: - Energetic and reliable individual with strong communication and time management skills - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - High school diploma or equivalent required
