Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

We are looking for a talented Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Ecolab in London, England. This is a part-time position that offers remote work opportunities, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our client relations team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. 2. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing clients. 5. Help organize and participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations. 6. Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials for client presentations. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 8. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in the environmental or sustainability industry is a plus.
