Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Relations Associate at R.R. Donnelley & Sons, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual channels to address their needs and concerns - Provide information about products and services, as well as pricing, availability, and delivery times - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our clients - Attend virtual training sessions and meetings to enhance your knowledge and skills in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software - Driven and energetic personality with a passion for customer service - Leadership skills and ability to work well independently and in a team - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Availability to work part-time hours in a remote setting
