Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Supervalu is seeking a detail-oriented and confident Client Relations Associate to join our team in London, England. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with the team to implement solutions - Conduct research and analysis on client trends and preferences to inform strategic business decisions - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to develop and implement client retention strategies - Prepare regular reports on client activity, highlighting key metrics and trends for management review - Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of our products and services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Confident and independent personality, with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent research and analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights from data - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Familiarity with CRM systems and client management tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
