Job Description:
Sears Holdings is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time Associate level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. 2. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Monitor client accounts, track activity, and provide updates as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively. 6. Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Independent and reliable. 2. Soft skills: Persuasion and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. 7. Experience in a remote work environment preferred.
