Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Dominion Resources, a leading company based in London, England, is seeking a talented Client Relations Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resilient and confident personality.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met - Conducting research to identify new business opportunities - Presenting products and services to clients in a professional and engaging manner - Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients - Handling client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Contributing to the overall success of the client relations team through teamwork and effective communication

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients - Strong research skills to identify potential opportunities for growth - Resilient and confident personality to navigate challenging situations with ease - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
