Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Lam Research, a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, resourceful, possess strong strategic planning skills, and excel in a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for client engagement and expansion - Organize and attend client meetings, conferences, and events to strengthen relationships and promote company products and services - Monitor client feedback and metrics to track performance and make necessary improvements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and organizational abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
