Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Health Net is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As a Client Relations Associate at Health Net, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any enquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues effectively - Monitor client accounts and ensure payments are processed in a timely manner - Prepare reports on client satisfaction and engagement levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong leadership and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
