Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Harman International Industries, a leading audio and automotive technology company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate based in London, England. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a professional and timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services - Assist in developing client engagement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Hardworking and energetic personality traits, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds - Strong creativity and cooperation skills to develop innovative solutions to client needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
