Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

USAA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This role requires a high level of adaptability and drive, as well as exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and addressed. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on account performance. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes that may impact clients. 7. Lead and motivate a team of client relations professionals to achieve department goals. 8. Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve client relations skills.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and other related tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Adaptability and a drive to succeed.
