Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Biogen in London, England. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level with a minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management - Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and events - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions - Manage and maintain client databases and records

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in client relations, with a minimum of 7 years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and project management abilities - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
