Job Description
Spectra Energy is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and increase customer satisfaction - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and create targeted outreach campaigns - Lead presentations and meetings with clients to communicate the value of our products and services - Manage client accounts and track key performance metrics - Coordinate with the marketing team to develop client communications and promotional materials
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of successful client relations management, with at least 8 years of experience - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
