Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and driven Client Relations Manager to join our team at WestRock in London, England, UK. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and work to expand our client base - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction - Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients on a regular basis - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of successful client relationship management - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to travel to meet with clients as needed
