Job Description:
Freddie Mac is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies to enhance relationships and drive business growth - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to drive revenue - Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise - Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms are met - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client satisfaction and business performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Willingness to travel as needed
