Job Description - Remote Client Relations Manager

Job description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as a liaison between clients and our internal teams. You will be tasked with maintaining existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients - Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform client strategy - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and people management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
