Job Description:
Netflix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and concerns - Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates - Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relationships and business opportunities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Experience in people management and working as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
