Remote Client Relations Manager Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients - Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve client experience - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations on client relations activities and outcomes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent people management skills - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with CRM software and other client management tools - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
