Job Description:
Cigna is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of any issues - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention - Monitor client satisfaction levels through surveys, meetings, and other feedback mechanisms - Provide regular updates and reports on client activities and performance metrics - Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
