Client Relations Manager

Nextdoor is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team in London, England. As the Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement client retention strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver exceptional service - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to continuously improve our products and services - Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction and retention metrics to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform client relations strategies

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a client-facing role - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
