Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Biogen, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are completed on time - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to make recommendations for improvements to our products and services - Develop client retention strategies and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities - Passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Innovative thinker with a collaborative mindset
