Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job description:


Newell Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position for a candidate with 8 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, passionate, and possess strong soft skills in cooperation and emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Experience with CRM software and tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
