As a Remote Client Relations Officer at Amazon.com, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. This part-time position, based in London, England, will require you to work closely with clients remotely to address their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and provide assistance - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain up-to-date client contact information - Stay informed about Amazon's products and services to effectively communicate with clients about our offerings - Work closely with the Client Relations Manager to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - At least 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Adaptable and confident when interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
