Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Officer to join our team at Apple in London, UK. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis, making it ideal for individuals who are seeking a work-life balance. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Managing client accounts and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively - Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance client engagement and satisfaction - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner - Conducting regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and make improvements as needed
